DESCRIPTION:As part of the exciting new initiative introduced by the Old Dovorian Golf Society this year\, the third “Invitational Match” will be the prestigious Nigel Tubman Invitational Match\, contested for the esteemed Turner Plate. \nThis highly anticipated event is scheduled to take place on Monday\, 14th July 2025\, at the renowned Littlestone Golf Club. \nLocated in New Romney\, Kent\, Littlestone Golf Club has been revered as a true 36-hole links golf course since its founding in 1888. With a rich history and the unmistakable charm of traditional links golf\, Littlestone offers players an unforgettable experience. In 1997\, several new tees—at the 4th\, 7th\, 9th\, 11th\, and 12th holes—were introduced to further challenge elite golfers\, particularly during Open Qualifying.
