The Old Dovorian Club is delighted to share some truly inspiring news about one of our own. With immense pride, we congratulate Kidd Waya (L04–11) on receiving the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Commonwealth Trust (QECT) 100 Young Leaders Award.

This remarkable honour places Kidd among 100 exceptional young changemakers, aged 18–35, who are driving meaningful and lasting social impact across the Commonwealth. The award recognises individuals whose work is transforming communities, uplifting others, and shaping a more equitable future.

Launched to mark Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s 100th birthday in 2026, the QECT Young Leaders initiative shines a spotlight on those who embody the values of service, leadership, and innovation. Kidd’s inclusion in this inaugural cohort is a testament not only to his vision and dedication, but also to the spirit of global citizenship we strive to nurture within the Dover College community.

Kidd’s achievements remind us of the extraordinary potential within our Old Dovorian network and the powerful influence on the world. His work stands as an inspiration to current pupils and fellow ODs alike.
