A Reunion of Rock Legends
In a heartwarming reunion, between Old Dovorians Greg Radcliffe (C71 – 76) and Rick March (M71 – 76) met for the first time since left Dover college in 1976, nearly half a century ago. Despite the decades that have passed, their connection felt as fresh as ever, making it seem like just yesterday that they last shared a laugh.
The two gathered at The Rose & Crown in Piccadilly, London, where they reminisced over a few beers, reflecting on their shared past and the musical journeys that have since shaped their lives.
Greg Radcliffe has carved out an impressive career as a professional musician and composer, while also working as a freelance graphic designer. Currently, he showcases his guitar skills with the bands “Glitter Kick” and “Low Slung Gun,”.
On the other hand, Rick March continues to thrive in the music scene as a bassist and guitarist with a “Southfields”-based band in Cyprus. His extensive experience includes a notable seven-year stint with “Suburban Voodoo,” along with a remarkable 45-year career in the oil industry across regions from the Middle East to Kurdistan.
Together, Greg and Rick’s reunion is more than just a nostalgic trip down memory lane; it’s a celebration of lifelong friendships and the enduring power of music.
