Old Dovorian Club Africa Group
Old Dovorians are dispersed throughout the United Kingdom and globally. Those who share the bond of attending Dover College often remain in contact with their contemporaries and with Old Dovorians from different years, including recent graduates.
The Old Dovorian Africa Group was formed after a survey conducted by the Club among its members. It functions as an autonomous branch of the Old Dovorian Club, primarily focusing on arranging informal gatherings and acting as a nexus for Old Dovorians to network, particularly those who have recently relocated to the region or are visiting, while also offering a significant networking platform with fellow ODs and fostering new connections.
Beyond formal meetings, the group’s members frequently gather for social engagements. George Blankson (L85 – 90) has graciously agreed to supervise this group and is actively seeking ODs interested in assisting with its establishment. If you are an OD who has recently relocated to the area and are interested in participating, you are encouraged to reach out to George. email Alternatively, contact the Club, which will be pleased to offer assistance.
