Old Dovorian Cranleigh Group
Old Dovorians are dispersed across the United Kingdom and the world. It’s a common outcome for those connected by their time at Dover College to stay in touch, not just with peers from their own class but also with alumni from various years, including the newly graduated.
The Cranleigh Group meets yearly for a dinner at the Stables in Cranleigh, usually in November.
For more than ten years, this gathering has been a tradition, enjoying robust backing from the ODGS and other Old Dovorian factions, with the Headmaster customarily attending as a guest of honour.
The Group, akin to other OD factions, operates independently within the Club and annually holds its Surrey Reunion Supper at the Stables restaurant in Cranleigh, GU6 7AE. This gathering usually sees around 20 ODs in attendance and is orchestrated by Nigel Nicholson (M60 – 64) and Tony Robin (M61 – 66), with newcomers receiving a warm welcome.
